Packing for a two-week vacation has proven to be quite a challenge. If I were actually moving to Hawaii tomorrow, I probably wouldn't bring too much more than I currently have packed.

I used to be an opera singer, and thus had to pack for six or seven weeks at a time. I ALWAYS ended up with clothes that I didn't wear, in two hugely overstuffed suitcases. Good times, good times.

Well, me and my overpacked suitcases have arrived, after a lengthy day of travel. I kept notes about life on Continental flight 15 and hope to type that up and post it tomorrow morning. For now, it's time to sleep. My body doesn't know what's going on.
An opera singer? That's tremendous. I can't even sing decent karaoke.
